Game wont start

Ever since the September 4th update my game just wont start up anymore I dont have any mods and when i try to start up my game it doesn't even open like the cursor would loud for a few seconds then stop but when i check my files i always see that last crash and all i have is cc no mods no overrides no nothing just cc and i even scanned my game many times looking for broken cc and found some but not a lot and i really dont wanna restart my game what do i do?
