Game wont update correctly.

Every time I try to open the sims the game says it need a repair says there are corrupted files then repairs up to 80% then stops saying "permission error." I don't know what to do this has been happening for a week with the same issue. I've deleted my mods and tray folders to try and see if thats the problem but it's still not working.
