najbrtova23​  It would help to have a bit more information about your issue.  First, does this happen with no mods or custom content present?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

If that doesn't help, or you've never used any mods or cc, please test a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know how it goes.

I'd also like to know what you mean when you say Build mode doesn't work, as in, how doesn't it work?
