laurab100 Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing due to a component of your laptop's graphics driver, and the driver is crashing as well. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver:

Rather than using the newest driver from Intel, use the one HP offers for your laptop. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your computer's serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, and you'll land on the driver download page. Click All Drivers, then Driver-Graphics, and download the newest Intel driver by date.
If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag. Please also link the driver download page. This doesn't contain any information about your own computer, just the overall model. The serial number ensures you're looking at the correct set of drivers; it's then discarded.
