Glitch

Hello, 

I’ve been having a problem for a little while now. Whenever I open sims 4, it runs perfectly fine until I tab out of the game in window fullscreen mode. When I do this, it causes a huge pixelated glitch to appear on my screen. 

I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired my game a few times because of this. 

I was made aware that this was a bug that is supposed to be patched but I’m still having the same issue.
