Got Game to Load But Had to Remove All Mods
I copied all my mods to desktop, repaired game and it works ... I will now try to add back in 1/3 of my mods to see if they work - removing all script mods as they usually crash things.

If so, let me know, and I'll merge your post with that thread. Otherwise, let me know what happens when you try to play. It's possible that some of your mods and cc are broken though, so you may need to download fresh copies.
