Having trouble finding and deleting a corrupted Sim

I have been having issues with a my game. I did have some help in finding what is creating the career_ whatever issue (Which is 10%). Now it's a relationship_data issue. The help mentioned that it was from a Sim in University. I have many Sims in a household in University, I don't know which one that is.

I did also do have some help with Chatgpt, which mentioned a Sims character named Lionel Sedya (Or Sadya). He's a teenager, and he is not one of the characters (Or might not be. I have to check the households with many different last names. But I am sure that he isn't one of the university ones. I know their last names.) that I have created (I checked, since I do play with multiple households. But I will check the ones with more than one last name.).

By the way, I found Lionel Sedya via The Sims 4 Ripper, but I don't know how to delete him from there.

I've read that there is a household with the last name Sedya (Or Sadya), and they live in Tomarang. However, I can't find them there. I've also checked the Gallery to see if I added Lionel from there. And I can't find them there. I've even tried Manage Households and I can't find the one with the last name Sedya.

How would I know which Sims 4 character is causing the issue? And if it is Lionel Sedya, how do I find him?
