For Rent and Adventure Awaits are telling me that I neeed to download. These packs were a gift which I submitted a code for to get them. I don't remember seeing the download button for them when I entered code. I am not seeing anywhere that I can download them. My account name is DSimsmom.
Hi! I have posted about this twice now and still not getting any help. I am not sure if I didn't post it in the right place. Please let me know.
I entered redeem codes for two packs and forgot to download them. When I click on the worlds the tell me that I need to download them. I can't find where I am suppose to go the download them. The worlds are Ravenwood and Gippi Point.
Here is a picure of the worlds and as you can see they are greyed out cause I need to download them. Also you can see under Manage Add-ons the are marked new but I don['t have a download button for them. I also went to marketplace and it says it's nto installed.
Can someone please advise me what I need to do? How do I get someone at EA to fix this for me?
As you can see it does say that I do own these packs. I just can't find anywhere to download them.
