Help! I just bought some kits and a pack, but they're still in my cart?
I just bought comfy gamer, cozy kitsch, and business and hobbies. I got the emailed receipt saying I completed the purchase, but I can't download them in my manage add ons. The packs are still in my cart saying I hadn't bought them. I have the most recent version of the game and all my mods are up to date and not broken.
Someone else had the same problem and was told on the forum to clear the cache of the EA application: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
It worked for me, so maybe you could give it a try!
