Help!! My sims isn't working ╥﹏╥

I updated my sims4 today and When I open the game it loads fine but, I have a cc home page and the resume button, home, shop and option button are glitched out. and when I tried to open cas it never loaded in and I had to force close my game. I reopened it to turn my mods off in the the game options but they wouldn't load either, the buttons all just said ok instead of save and stuff. This is the first time this has happened to me after a update and I am not sure what to do. My laptop is updated and i tried repairing the game from EA.

    alynlvstt​  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
