This issue first arised when my Fortnite was taking over my computer and I had to reset my entire computer. then i accidentally downloaded sims on steam instead of ea. and now its exactly the same no matter what i do. i tried deleting everything besides resetting my pc bc i just did that.
lovlyloveliv Does that include deleting or removing the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If you haven't at least removed it, please do so now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
