Hi,I’m encountering an issue where my Sims 4 game refuses to open after the latest update. I’ve followed all the usual troubleshooting steps, including:Restarting the game and my computer.Verifying the game files.Deleting cache files.Disabling mods and custom content.Updating my graphics drivers.Running the game as an administrator. I to am having this issue. The game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen. I have done all the tricks: Removed modsClean folderRemoved cacheprayedNone of it works. The game is pretty much useless now. I wish I would have spent the money elsewhere. I ask for help and get "Buy the new pack* No. Maybe one this *^*&^&%&^& game is fixed.

simprincessofATL Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit. If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons. RoniRvnge I'd like a dxdiag from you as well.

I'm having a similar problem since the last update. I can open the game and I can play in CAS. But when I try live mode or build mode it gets stuck on a loading screen! I've also tried all the tricks :(((
