TM95Gerardo Do you still need help? If so, please let me know whether you can load a different, previously-unplayed household in the same save. Please test with no mods or custom content present.
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try to load your main household again, and if you can't, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open it and delete its first line of text, then save and attach it to a reply here using the paper clip icon.
I already did everything you said, and still the game closes when I want to load my household
