I am trying switch accounts

Remnil7​  Do you own Cats & Dogs through the EA App or through Steam?  If the EA App, does it show in your Order History on ea.com, specifically for the EA account you're signing into when you try to install Sims 4 content?

I owned all of my stuff through ea  no the order for sims isn't showing, but other games I own like dragon age 2. are there.

If your DLC isn't showing in your purchase history, it sounds like you're currently logging into a secondary EA account rather than the account your DLC was originally purchased on.

Please contact the live support team from the site here so they can look into this further and verify which account you need to be logging in with.
