I can't install the newest pack. Help!

Hi, this is my first time posting here. I just bought the newest Business and Hobbies Expansion pack. The thing is, I can't download it. It doesn't show up in my Manage add-ons nor in the Download Q...

I am also having the same issue, I have restarted the app, my computer and repaired the sims games through the app. However, if I press play, Hobbies and Business is showing as owned but says it needs downloading. But in the EA app it isn't showing to be able to click download/install? Any help appreciated! Thank you
