i need help in sims 4
whenever i try playing the sims 4, it goes well when i open the app and everything but as soon as i click "new game" where it takes me into the character editing mode, my screen goes white and nothing loads, i cant even close the app because it wont close then so i end up restarting my laptop. I have already uninstalled and then reinstalled the app on steam and ea but nothing changed. please help!! I also tried doing the EA app updater bcs maybe the problem was that my ea wasnt updated but its up to date.

If CAS still doesn't work for you, please remove your entire Mods folder and test again. If that doesn't work either, we can go through the non-mods-related troubleshooting steps.
