I suddenly have to buy a previously owned pack?

When I downloaded sims for the first time I got Get To Work pack free because I also have an Xbox subscription, but when I started my game today, I fist of all had to download the sims again and it suddenly said that the pack was required and that I had to buy it again, even though it worked fine yesterday and I still have my subscription. I have tried repairing the game and restarting my computer, but nothing has worked. What do I do?
