in-game issues

so my sim birthed 2 boys and when she birthed them everything was ggood untill they got home i can see the babys but not the cribs and my game is kinda acting up where i put the baby in the crib and its fine then in a few mins its out the cribim confused on what mod/cc is this (Please help !!!)
