Infinite Loading for Chic Street Apartments

Is anyone else experiencing the above since the latest update?

Every time I try and load into Penny Pizzazz's apartment or the one next to it (1313) I just seem to get an infinite loading screen - the other apartment in the complex (1310) seems to load just fine and I haven't (yet) come across any other issues with other apartments. 

I am playing a five year old save file but never had this issue before...a few months back I did notice some weird glitches with the ceiling tiles in these apartments, wondering whether it might be related to this?
