Issue with closing game and scratch file in save

Hello,

I have had this issue for a while now. To close the game I select save and quit but the sims 4 window does not close and I can't have access to my computer (Either I turn off my computer or I restart it). I tried save and then quit, but it does not always work.

When that happen, I always have the scratch folder in my save file;
