Issues with For Rent download?

I purchased through CDKeys, and have proof of purchase.

Thanks, for any issues with a purchase from a third-party retailer, you'll want to contact that retailer directly for a refund or replacement code.

I'd also recommend looking over the post here for more information on where to safely purchase packs.

    We have already contacted them and they've checked the code and said the issue is with you not them

    As the code has been redeemed they won't give me another one so how can I remove the pack from my library
