Everytime i view my packs it says that you already own this pack but it isn't installed but i have no idea where i can download them. And when i go to new game none of the pack clothes are there only the base game and cc.

I'm having the same issue. I have downloaded the packs through EA app but they're not showing up in the game. I've tried reinstalling the game and the app, running them as admin, clearing the app cache, etc. None of these are working.
