The kit I bought says it's downloaded. But in the game, it doesn't download and says it's not available. Need help. I deleted the kit and tried downloading it again, but it still says it's not available.

Based on the second picture you've included, it seems you're checking the 'Discover' tab. Can you navigate to the 'My Collection' tab instead? Under 'My Collection,' you should be able to see if your kits are active, and if they aren't, you'll need to select the deactivated kits and click 'Confirm' to reactivate them.

I attached the file as a capture file of the situation in question. Please check. It was confirmed that it was an uninstalled file and reinstalled it, but it did not work.

thehstory87 Are the kits active under Marketplace > My Collection? If not, please enable them and restart the game. If you can't enable them, post a screenshot of what you see.
Downloaded with the EA app. Playroom kit and pretty yard kit from Wonderland won't download.

thehstory87 Which kit isn't working? Have you installed Sims 4 through the EA App or through Steam? Did you install the kit through the EA App, or Steam, or through the Marketplace?
