I logged in after a few months and noticed all my play time was gone so I updated and repaired the game but my packs didn’t return. The only option I have is to repurchase them which I absolutely will not do. I’d just give up but my save is with the location from the cats and dogs pack and I don’t want to lose it. I’ve tried so many things and nothing seems to be working. Please, if anyone has any advice, share it :(
I have the same issue. I've repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and even found the files for all the game packs, stuff packs, and kits I've purchased. But on the EA app it just shows the basic vanilla game with no option to download my add-ons, and in-game it looks like I have to repurchase everything. I still have receipts saved from when I originally bought all these add-ons, luckily, because there's no way I'm buying something I've already paid for. Any help is appreciated!
