@MMHorton214 It shouldn't have happened at all. Did you uninstall and reinstall Sims 4, or did the EA App prompt you to reinstall? Is OneDrive running on your computer (whether you use it or not), and if so, how full is it?

this happened to me as well, no way to get them back unfortunately. It's a big pain and now most of my packs won't install or download, they've said installing for about 10 days
@SmileyGirl1221 Try restarting your computer and clearing the cache for Origin or the EA App, whichever you're using.

If that doesn't help, and you're using the EA App, reinstall Origin and use it to download the game instead. You can download Origin from here:
If that doesn't help either, clear Origin's cache (again) and try to download to a different location on your computer. You can pick just about anywhere that isn't Documents or Downloads, but be sure to create a new folder where the game will be installed. Within Origin, you can choose a new default install location under Application Settings > Installs & Saves.
