Manage through steam but I have it on EA App?

I wanted to go back to playing Sims 4 so installed the game and everything was fine until I wanted to install one of my favourite stuff packs, for some reason after joining EA App and Steam libraries the stuff pack can be only managed through Steam which I don't want it to, I bough the pack itself on EA App when it was still Origin and couple of years later I added the stuff pack on steam because it was for free (so I was like why not?) and I did not have the libraries joint yet, is there a possibility of like unlinking this stuff pack from my Steam library and have it on EA App so I can install it from there? I tried doing it through steam but it needs to install the game again and I don't want to change my Steam's  library install directory?
