Missing content

I've been playing the sims 4 since 2018. I spent for thins game a lot of money - over 500$. Yesterday in the morning I played normally, but after few hours when I logged in I saw no content: no base game, no expansion packs etc.. I connected with EA support but it gave nothing. Game is still broken. Please HELP! I play on PC.

    It sounds like you accidentally logged into another account than the one you have the game on. Log out and log in again to the correct account. Otherwise check your account history. Does it list the game and packs as purchased?
