Missing EA App DLCs / Cross-Platform Linking Bug with Steam
Hi EA Support Team,
I am facing a critical cross-platform DLC merging issue with The Sims 4 between my Steam and EA App accounts, and I need your technical intervention to refresh my account entitlements on your servers.
📌 Problem Summary:
1. The Game & DLCs Location:
- I have the base game and 15 DLCs (including "Get to Work") on Steam.
- I have around 60 DLCs on my EA App account.
- Both accounts (Steam & EA App) are correctly linked.
2. The Bug:
- All DLCs (from both Steam and EA) are fully installed in the exact same directory on my drive (D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Sims 4).
- Inside the EA App "Manage Add-ons" menu, all DLCs are marked as "Installed".
- The Issue: When I launch the game, the game only recognizes the Steam DLCs. All of my 60 EA App DLCs completely disappear in-game, and my save files show a warning block saying: "Required Packs: Get to Work (Required Restart)".
3. Troubleshooting Done (Didn't Work):
- Verified game integrity on Steam.
- Cleared EA App cache (App Recovery) and performed a full game "Repair".
- Reinstalled the game completely on a fresh directory.
- Cleared user data/saves folder.
The files are 100% there on my PC, but the EA server is failing to validate my EA App purchases alongside my Steam purchases simultaneously. Please perform a manual Entitlement Refresh / Sync for my account DLCs.
Thank you!
