Missing Get To Work

I'm having the same issue but with my Get To Work Pack! It's saying it's not installed and it won't let me access it to download, saying I have ton repurchase it.

It sounds like you were accessing Get to Work through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership. 

If you were using EA Play to access this pack, please verify that your EA Play or Xbox Ultimate subscription is still active. 

I bought and EA yearly membership in 2023 and I bought the game in 2022 so it wasn’t bc of a membership. When I bought the game the first time I logged on the Get To Work was available so it came with the game when I bought it 

This is happening to me too! I have an active Xbox Ultimate subscription which includes EA Play which previously included get to work, and now it's saying I don't have Get to Work and only giving me the option to buy it for $40!!

Im having this same issue and i cant seem to find anywhere I can fix it.

Please run an EA Error Report following the steps here, and provide your Report ID in this thread so we can investigate further.

Please also provide the following details:
How were you accessing Get to Work? (i.e. Xbox Ultimate subscription or EA Play Pro membership)
Are you seeing issues with any other EA Play games?

what if im playing on an older pc that cant install the xbox app cause im on windows 10 not 11 ? is there a work around? or am i s.o.l.?
