I own a lot of packs, yet none is showing up in my game and my order history is showing them as installed yet they're not in my add Ons and i tried repairing the app it didn't work they just are not ...

im having the same issue will ea be able to fix this and also i used the link but its not clear on where to go to contact ea support. it just says list your issue but not how to.

Yes, live support can help you get back into your original account. From the help site, you'll select Game Support-> EA account-> I need help logging in to my EA Account
From there, you'll see the available contact options.
