Missing stuff

I downloaded an extension pack, two game packs, and a stuff pack. All four are purchased, and installed but none of them are showing up in my game. I got a pop-up for all four when I first opened the game after purchasing them and letting them install, but never got the items. I have since then repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled them, cleared the cache, and repaired the game again but nothing has worked. I can still play the game, but I would like the stuff I spent nearly $50 on.

    fd7z3mbhrrva​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated.  If they are, you can enable them with the Pack Selection button, then restart the game.

    laurynmarriott​  It shouldn't break anything, in fact I removed mine a couple days ago on my Mac and it was fine.  But you can simply move it to the desktop if you want to keep it around just in case.

    So I have done this and found over half my packs are not active under this My Collection tab. However, I cannot see how to activate them. I can deactivate the ones that are active but I can't even select the ones that aren't.

    How do I activate them ?

    sims 4 horse ranch expansion pack not working,  got it after the fist recent update and downloaded it, says i own it and can play it but when i open sims 4 it says it needs to be downloaded. I've reset my sims, shut off my pc, reset my pc and it still isn't working. you can see i own it and that it's downloaded, how do i fix this?

    Hello

    On 23.03.26  bought a bundle of 3 add-ons via EA app but they are not showing in the game. The world is not available as well as the rest of materials . How to fix this problem?

    soapie3169​  Just delete UserSetting.ini, as described above.  That should reenable all your installed content.  If something is not installed, download it either from that screen (for kits and Maker stuff) or from the EA App (expansions, game packs, stuff packs).
