My entire computer is crashing when playing TS4 - Please help

Hi, I am experiencing an issue where I play the sims 4 for a couple of minutes and then it crashes my entire computer. I also play TS2 and TS3, and other games, but it seems as though it is only TS4 ...

meg9h​  Please test with no mods or custom content, if you use any at all.  You don't need to save your progress.  If your main save still crashes, test a new one, still with no mods or cc.

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
