my game doesn't download

i downloaden the ea app on my pc and i downloaded the sims, when i try to open the sims in says: can not start the game cause there is data missing or damaged. if you have mods please delete them. if that doesnt work repair or redownload the app with origin.       ive tried to redownload the app or repair but it still oesnt work and its been like this since a few monts. Can someome help me please???
