kxqlpl0xohkd The out-of-memory error is usually related to an overly-protective antivirus, whether it's Windows Defender and its Controlled Folder Access setting or a third-party program. So you'll need to set exceptions/exclusions for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe, plus anything else Sims-related that you find your AV has blocked. The Gallery issues may be related to your antivirus as well.
By the way, memory refers to RAM, not storage, so in other contexts, this error would usually not be related to your free storage but to how much RAM is in use at the time.
