My game is not loading

I have used and played the game less than 24hrs ago. When i click resume game today, it keeps staying at the loading page. I cannot even close the window. I have do all the instructions to fix like update my graphics card, uninstall and reinstall the game, update the EA app, remove cache..e.tc but none works. 

every time i want to close the game, i always have to use task manager and force quit on it. so please advise.
