anotherbea Please remove the Mods folder and let the game generate a new one, even if you have already. Download one mod or cc item, something confirmed compatible with yesterday's patch (1.114), and see whether it works.
If you get the same error, try this again, except use a different browser to download the mod or cc item.
I had the game make a whole new sims 4 folder thing (without mods) so that should've done the mods folder too...?
But I think I found the issue? Could a VPN possibly mess things up? Because when I pause it and connect to my home server the game works fine... Just when I forget turning the VPN off it won't load ... ? That's what I observed so far... I just didn't think that could be the reason so I didn't look into it too much 😖
