My game keeps crashing :(

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? Not sure, up to date ...

Thank you, I have followed all of these steps. This is what it told me after the first step - "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

What should I do next?

    I’ve done that and the rest of the steps described. I have loaded my game and it’s not crashing anymore and seems to be okay. Thank you!
