Mundirrka Try again but while using Dynamic Super Resolution, which tells the GPU to render the game at a higher resolution and scale it down. For example, if your monitor's resolution is 1920x1080, choosing 1.778x would make the GPU render the game at 2560x1440. 4x would be 4k on a 1080p monitor and probably too high, but you can try it if you want.
If that doesn't help either, I'd like to look over a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
