My map packs
All of a sudden my map packs disappeared when I went onto the ea app, I only have one which is the get to work pack that I recently bought.
I’m missing Dine out, Cats and dogs, City living, and Vampires

Did you tried repair the game?
Yes multiple times I even cleared the cache

Mimistar8 It's possible you have multiple EA accounts and have signed into the wrong one, both when you bought Get to Work and now. (You'll note that your played hours have reduced dramatically too.) Please see the accepted solution of this thread for more information:

Bluegayle This is not a bug and shouldn't be treated as such. It's a standard and very common tech/account issue. The OP doesn't need to post in the bug forum, and doing so would be counterproductive.
