adaskob Please force Sims 4 to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
adaskob Please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Dangyell13 I'd like to see a dxdiag from your computer as well, but please also describe the issue(s) you're seeing. The other user listed several, and I need to know which ones apply to you and whether you have any other symptoms as well.
The only thing I can think of is my computer might not be able to run properly and let me play sims without crashing because of the amount of game packs I have and the rams it uses. I attached the dxdiag below
