laila3854968 To be clear, the EA App still tells you to "manage on Steam" rather than letting you play? Have you cleared the App's cache after making changes to your Steam account?

Please also confirm that the Steam account where you removed the game (or your DLC, whatever you did) is the one linked to THIS EA account. To do so, try signing into any EA site with the credentials for your Steam account. If you land in the correct EA account, they're linked; if anything else happens, let me know.

Yes, when I open up the EA app and try to play sims the play button is grey and only the manage button is available. I've cleared the cache multiple times and it still won't do anything. In my steam account I have cleared out all of my downloads. I only had one steam account and one EA account so this is all I have to work with.
