laila3854968 Please remove Sims 4 from your Steam account. I don't have an install to test with, but it should be something along these lines:

Then clear the EA App's cache again and see whether it still thinks you own the game in Steam.
Alternately, you can unlink your Steam and EA accounts, that is if you don't have another reason for the link.
In either case, you might need to claim Sims 4 in the EA App again, but once you've done so, hopefully it'll stick there and not keep directing you to Steam.
