My work pack is completely bugged

Hello, I bought the "At Work" pack 2 days ago and from my first test everything bugged: Create a Sims looks like broken CC (I have CC), it's red and white with question marks. The world has white llamas above the lots, and when I go to work, the objects in the pack are multicolored with question marks. I haven't tested the construction mode because I suspect it will be just as messy. I would like help because this pack looks great! I have more than 20 others and 0 bugs. And I can put EVERYTHING on my Sims (example: a dress for rent) it won't bug! but EVERYTHING WITH AT WORK BUG! Thank you for your answers.

    Nous sommes ici sur un forum francophone, sur lequel tu peux t'exprimer en français afin que chacun puisse te venir en aide. 
    Si toutefois tu ne peux pas t'exprimer dans cette langue, tu peux exposer ton problème sur la partie anglophone du forum. 

    Si j'ai bien compris tu rencontres des problèmes avec ton jeu depuis que tu as acheté la nouvelle extension, et tu as installé des mods dans ton jeu. Dans ce cas, le meilleurs des conseils que l'on puisse te donner est le suivant : 
    - déplace le dossier mods dans sa totalité,
    - supprime le fichier localthumbcache.package,
    - répare le jeu,
    - lance une toute nouvelle partie sans remettre le dossier Mods en place. 

    Si tout fonctionne correctement, c'est qu'un mod est responsable du problème, il faudra alors trouver lequel.

    nicoloulou10  I've moved your post to the English forum.  (sirhc59 for visibility)

    Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Get to Work.  Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list.  If you play through Steam, close Steam completely as well.

    Open [install location]\The Sims 4, in one of these locations by default:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

    And delete the EP01 folder.  Then open the Delta folder and delete the EP01 folder inside.  Repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair, OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files), then reinstall Get to Work.
