Neighborhood is not visuell correct in build mode

If not, please describe your specific issue in more detail, perhaps with a screenshot or two.

I only have that the retail lots reverts back or disappear. Or get replaced by something completely different. Also that when you are in a neighborhood I can't see the houses around, it looks empty or something I didn't put there. Both with houses I made and gallery ones. 

Also that in my apartment complex I can't look at different levels. I only see the bottom one and the arrows for up and down don't even show up. So going into the household on an upper level is quite tedious because I need to go to a bottom floor household go to the level my household is on and go in that way to play the household. This all started after getting B&H ep.
