New packs not loading

I have recently installed the Royalty and Legacy pack, as well as a few of the new kits. The folder is showing up in the game directory, however, when i go into my game, it doesnt show that i have the packs installed, let alone bought?

Does anyone know how to fix this? I would be greatly appreciative

itznotaiden Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the packs are deactivated. If they are, enable them and restart the game.

If they're listed as not installed instead, let me know whether you've installed the base game through Steam or the EA App, and whether these packs are owned in Steam or the EA App.
