Soufs1de Did you specifically clear the EA App's cache? (I'm not sure from the way you worded your post.) If not, that's the first step.

If that doesn't or didn't help, please do it again and restart your computer just in case there was a delay in processing your purchase.
If you still have the same issue, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and find the purchase on the llist. Let me know whether its status is Completed, Processing, or Failed.
