Not working!!!

I noticed since the updates I have not been able to actually play. Whenever I entered to play, it begins to download the game all over again and I have to wait for the updates then restart the computer again.

I do that, I enter EA and go to my library where it begins to download Sims four again. It’s on a loop.

Please help me

    rosebud_7626  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  What antivirus do you use, if any, and where is the game installed?  Please list the full path, for example C:\Program Files\EA Games.  You can see it in the EA App if you choose Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
