zeniapina12 Are you saying you deleted all mods, or removed the Mods folder (same thing); or are you saying you removed some mods? If you haven't already, please try playing with no mods or custom content at all.
If that doesn't help, please try a new save, for comparison's sake, and don't add any lots from the Gallery or your own library. If the new save has the same issue, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
