dee15644​  That means the end of the path (the second EA Desktop folder) is unavailable, not that Program Files is.  Do you have an Electronic Arts folder inside C:\Program Files?  If so, is there an EA Desktop folder inside that?  If there is, delete it.  If there is not, delete the Electronic Arts folder inside Program Files.
