Owned DLC Missing Items In Game

I have 2 PC's set up to use my EA account - my main PC and a gaming laptop. I purchased Lovestruck and Hobbies and Businesses and activated the country kitchen on my main PC. Downloaded and installed without issue, played for a bit and the packs are all working correctly.

Son wanted to play so logged the EA account off on the main PC and into the gaming laptop. He started playing immediately and did not install the new packs on the laptop before playing.

When I switched the account back over to the main PC and started the game the save that I was playing before now shows lovestruck, H&B and country kitchen as all missing. Starting a new game and trying to access the associated worlds shows them as not being available but says not installed which is different to the worlds associated with the other packs I don't have yet like Royalty.

I have restarted the PC, run repair, uninstalled and redownloaded the packs. What else can I do to fix the sync issue?

The packs show as purchased when I go to them from inside the game, I have checked the install path and they are installed in the correct directory, in the EA launcher they are showing as installed and ready to use.
